house the swimming pool shares the view and
has a paved terrace all around. The villa
itself has a typical central courtyard with
more shady/sunny areas, and also there are two
rooftop solariums. The courtyard is approached
though impressive double doors leading to a
large permanent outdoor dining area.
Indoors, there is a comfortable lounge,
a dining room and an excellently equipped
kitchen with granite worktops and a breakfast
bar, and also a second sitting area with a
television. All these rooms are positioned
to enjoy the views. The master bedroom (with
bathroom) is also positioned to enjoy the
views, while the other two bedrooms (and
bathroom) are in a separate wing on the other
side of the courtyard.
